Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of 9 members. It is comprised of members from each of the founding counties, Boone, Kenton and Campbell or any of the counties in the Northern Kentucky area. There will be no more than three directors from any one county. Term limits are restricted to two consecutive three-year terms.

Members that have submitted a request to be nominated for the Board of Directors are voted in to office by the membership at the Annual meeting. If a director resigns during the year before the end of their term, the Board of Directors will appoint a member to fulfill the remaining term. Each Director is required to serve on at least one Committee.

Board meetings are open to general membership. If you have something that you would like to adress the board about, you can email the President to have it added to the agenda. Check the calendar for meeting dates and times.
